Terms of Service

Registration

- You must register for the competition by November 22nd, 2025, using the Google Form provided (see the registration tab).

- You are expected to follow all exam directions of the supervisors/proctor before, during, and after the exam.

Exam Security & Misconduct

- Any form of academic misconduct will result in disqualifiation from both the 2025 PSYC and any future competitions.

- No aids are permitted during the exam, including, but not limited to: cellphones, smart watches, headphones, calculators, dictionaries, books, and scrap paper. 

- During the exam you must refrain from sharing or receiving information of any kind to other students, using a prohibited aid, disturbing other students, or failing to adhere to any other testing regulations.

- After the exam, you must not communicate or discuss the exam content with other students.

Refund Policy

- If a competitor wishes to withdraw from the competition, an email must be sent to psyccompetition@gmail.com at least 7 days before the date of the competition. A full refund will be provided. Any request sent after this will not be eligible for refunds.
